Chelsea given ultimatum to tender ‘crazy’ Haaland transfer deal bid or loss out on the attacker rave

According to Fabrizio Romano (sky Italia), Dortmund maintain their stand on not accepting a swap deal on Erling Haaland and won’t consider selling the attacker if there is no crazy bid from the blues

“Dortmund’s position is very clear on Erling Haaland, it reminds me of their stance on Sancho last summer. Roman has to do something crazy, means a bid of around €170M to make something happen.”

“Chelsea has to do something very quick if they have to sign Erling Haaland because Dortmund will not sell the player in the last week of the window. The timing is very important for this deal.”

According to report from “the athlet” which narrate that the current demand fees for Haaland transfer by Dortmund is not too much for Chelsea which might be equivalent of the blues wait till next Summer

“If you think the fee comes down to €75m but then the agents commission and salary demands probably go up [next year], so the gap between €80M and €175M for Haaland isn’t as big as people think when you add in agent fees and wages.”

“The view from people I speak to around Chelsea is that Dortmund are not going to sell so while they may make some sensitive enquires others might do so, as well. I think it’s more likely Haaland will stay at Dortmund and leave next summer”

“Haaland back in training for Dortmund now. Conflicting reports yesterday about “an offer rejected”. I understand there was not any offer.”

“Like I have said all along. Only a BIG offer can change the game. Quite similar to Sancho last summer. No offer came – Sancho stayed.”

BVB bosses have made the decision to do no swap deals for a Erling Haaland transfer to Chelsea. The position of the club is still: the player should stay this season.
